Returns and Refunds Policy

If you've received a misprinted, damaged, or defective item:
We kindly request that you submit a claim within 14 days of receiving the product. For any packages lost during transit, please submit your claim no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims determined to be an error on our part will be resolved at no cost to you.

Should you notice any issues with the products or your order, please submit a problem report for our immediate attention. Include clear pictures or video recordings to help us address the issue promptly.

Returns Initiated by the Customer
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a return. Please note that refunds are not provided for cases of buyer’s remorse.

Solid African collaborates with various suppliers and manufacturers. For customers in Switzerland, returns should be sent to:

Important: Any unclaimed returns will be donated to charity 30 days after receipt. If the specified return address is not used, you may be liable for any costs associated with the returned shipment.

 
Address Errors
If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided, and the shipment is returned to us, you will be responsible for covering the reshipment costs. We will confirm the updated address with you before reshipping (if applicable).

 
Unclaimed Shipments
Unclaimed shipments returned to us will require you to cover the reshipment costs to yourself or the intended recipient (if applicable).

If you have not registered an account on our platform and provided a billing method, returned orders due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the shipment will not be re-shipped. Instead, such items will be donated to charity at your cost, and refunds will not be issued.

 
Sealed Goods
We do not accept returns for sealed goods, such as face masks, underwear, or lingerie, for health and hygiene reasons. Any returned orders containing these items will not be eligible for reshipping and will be disposed of.

 
Sizing Issues
Please note that sizes may vary based on the product type or design. To ensure you select the correct size, consult the size guide provided for each product before completing your purchase. Returns due to incorrect sizing may not be accepted or refunded. By minimizing returns, we contribute to reducing carbon emissions and waste, supporting a more sustainable and eco-friendly future.
