Terms and Conditions for our Solid African e-commerce store.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Solid African e-commerce store operated by Ninetonine GmbH.
By accessing or using our e-commerce store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Store.
1. Our suppliers
a. We only offer products designed in-house and manufactured Internationally.
b. We reserve the right to modify our fulfilment methods and suppliers at any time without prior notice. These Terms and Conditions will apply to any products or services provided through updated fulfilment methods.
2. Product Availability and Descriptions
a. We strive to accurately display and describe all products available in our e-commerce store. However, we do not guarantee the availability or complete accuracy of product descriptions, colours, or images, as they may vary depending on the manufacturing process. If a product becomes unavailable or out of stock after you have placed an order, we will notify you and provide a suitable solution, such as offering a replacement or refund.
3. Pricing and Payment
a. Prices listed on our e-commerce store are subject to change without prior notice.
b. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or discrepancies. If you have already placed an order affected by such errors, we will contact you to offer the option to cancel or amend your order.
c. Payment for products and associated shipping costs must be made at the time of placing an order. Accepted payment methods are listed on our e-commerce store when checking out and include major credit cards and digital payment platforms.
4. Limitation of Liability
a. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our e-commerce store or the products purchased from it.
b. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the e-commerce store or any violation of these Terms.

All products are manufactured and fulfilled in-house or by external manufacturers.
